Mineral oil hydrocarbons (MOH) are present in many fats and oils as well as foods prepared thereof. A survey of mineral oil saturated hydrocarbons (MOSH) and mineral oil aromatic hydrocarbons (MOAH) in different types of vegetable fats and oils is reported. Contents of MOSH/MOAH were quantified using liquid chromatography online‐coupled to gas chromatography with flame‐ionization detection (LC‐GC‐FID). Cocoa butter (n = 142) showed levels from <LOQ (2.5 mg kg?1) to 162 mg kg?1 ΣMOSH (sum of C10–C50) and <LOQ to 55 mg kg?1 ΣMOAH, in palm oil (n = 21) ΣMOSH were quantified from <LOQ to 124 mg kg?1 and ΣMOAH from <LOQ to 39 mg kg?1. Sunflower oil showed lower levels: ΣMOSH were determined in the range of <LOQ to 17 mg kg?1 and MOAH were not observed at all. A possible influence of deodorization and a subsequent minimization of MOSH/MOAH was investigated. Systematic model‐experiments were performed on laboratory scale using spiked cocoa butter. Significant minimization of volatile MOH subfractions ≤C24 were observed at a deodorization temperature of 210 °C. Deodorization can be considered as an important processing step to reduce or even remove volatile MOSH/MOAH ≤C24. Practical Applications: Regardless of their possible entry routes into the food chain, volatile fractions of MOSH/MOAH can be removed by deodorizing vegetable fats and oils. This model‐study identifies the temperatures of deodorization that provide a significant improvement toward minimization of undesired MOSH/MOAH.  相似文献

研制一种适合对各种液压孔口或缝隙进行高低温流体力学试验的新型试验装置,运用该装置对具有不同几何参数的液压阻尼孔进行在-50~80℃宽温度范围内的流动特性试验,研究以普通抗磨液压油HM46和低温抗凝减振器油TITAN SAF 5045为工质及其温度变化时对液压阻尼孔流量-压力特性曲线、幂指数和流量系数的影响,研究表明,在低温条件下,液压阻尼孔的流量系数均因油液黏度增大、流动性变差而呈线性下降的趋势,从宏观上看,HM46通过液压阻尼孔时的流动稳定性较差,其对应流量系数的下降幅度明显大于TITAN SAF 5045对应的下降幅度,厚壁小孔流量系数的下降幅度明显大于薄壁小孔对应的下降幅度。研究所获得的新型试验装置、试验数据分析方法和具体理论公式为深入研究和优化现代液压元件在宽温度范围内的动态性能提供新型试验平台与理论基础。  相似文献

A Takagi-Sugeno adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (TSFIS) model is developed and applied to a dataset of wellhead flow-test data for the Resalat oil field located offshore southern Iran, the objective is to assist in the prediction and control of multi-phase flow rates of oil and gas through the wellhead chokes. For this purpose, 182 test data points (Appendix 1) related to the Resalat field are evaluated. In order to predict production flow rate (QL) expressed as stock-tank barrels per day (STB/D), this dataset includes four selected input variables: upstream pressure (Pwh); wellhead choke sizes (D64); gas to liquid ratio (GLR); and, base solids and water including some water-soluble oil emulsion (BS&W). The test data points evaluated include a wide range of oil flow rate conditions and values for the four input variables recorded. The TSFIS algorithm applied involves five data processing steps: a) pre-processing, b) fuzzification, c) rules base and adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference engine, d) defuzzification, and e) post-processing of the fuzzy model. The developed TSFIS model for the Resalat oil field database predicted oil flow rate to a high degree of accuracy (root mean square error = 247 STB/D, correlation coefficient = 0.9987), which improves substantially on the commonly used empirical algorithms used for such predictions. TSFIS can potentially be applied in wellhead choke fuzzy controllers to stabilize flow in specific wells based on real-time input data records.  相似文献

在车轮-钢轨高速滚动接触疲劳试验机上进行油介质下高速轮轨低黏着特性和增黏试验,研究油介质条件下不同速度、蠕滑率、轴质量以及撒砂对黏着系数的影响,最高试验线速度200 km/h。结果表明:黏着系数随蠕滑率的增加先增大、再微降随后趋于平稳,在蠕滑率3%左右达到最大;随着速度的增加,黏着系数呈快速下降趋势,如速度从50 km/h增加至200 km/h时,最大黏着系数从0.092下降至0.049;当轴质量由12 t增至16 t时,黏着系数仅略微增加了0.01;撒砂后,黏着系数约为未撒砂时的3倍左右,且依然随速度增加而降低;撒砂会使得试验后轮轨表面产生很多麻坑,从而增大了表面粗糙度,对增黏起到了一定作用,但增黏砂会对接触表面造成显著损伤,在极端条件下会促进滚动接触疲劳的萌生,威胁运行安全。  相似文献

An investigation is carried out on the effect of dissipative heat energy on the flow of an electrically conducting viscous fluid past a shrinking sheet. Both viscous and Joule dissipation effects are considered along with heat generation/absorption for the enhancement of heat transfer properties. The governing nonlinear coupled partial differential equations are transformed into nonlinear ordinary differential equations by a suitable choice of similarity transformations. However, the complex transformed equations are solved by an approximate analytical method known as the Adomian decomposition method with a suitable initial guess solution assumed from the known initial conditions. Moreover, the behavior of several parameters characterizing the flow phenomena are studied via graphs and the numerical computations for the engineering coefficients are obtained and presented through tables. However, the major outcomes of the results are that a higher suction is required to resist the fluid temperature and sinks as well as the dissipative heat energy favors enhancing the fluid temperature at all points in the flow domain.  相似文献

Gas transport properties of polyimides (PIs) and their silica hybrids were investigated. The PIs synthesized with several methyl-substituted phenylenediamines were hybridized with silica via a sol–gel process with different alkoxysilanes. The prepared hybrid membranes showed controlled gas permselectivity, depending on the selected phenylenediamines and alkoxysilanes. It was worth noting that the hybrids prepared with tetraethoxysilane possessed improved CO2 permselectivity with increasing silica content, which tended to exceed the upper-bound trade-off line. This fact suggested the additional formation of free volume holes especially favorable for the CO2/CH4 separation around the polymer/silica interfacial area.  相似文献

A series of new transparent and magnetic germanoborate glasses in the system (100-x)[60GeO2–25B2O3–10Na2O–4Al2O3–1PbO] – (x) Gd2O3, with x = 0, 1, 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 mol%, was prepared and studied with respect to their thermal and structural changes in the presence of Gd2O3. Based on Differential Scanning Calorimetre (DSC) analysis, a glass with 5% of Gd2O3 showed a high thermal stability, which progressively decreases for samples with higher content of Gd2O3. By the analysis of Raman and Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra, it was possible to identify that by increasing the amount of Gd2O3, a progressive depolymerization of 6-membered Ge[IV] rings is promoted, concomitant with an increase of Ge[IV] tetrahedra units with non-briding oxygens. The structural analysis through the local-sensitive techniques EXAFS (Extended X-ray Absorption Fine Structure) and XANES (X-ray Absorption Near Edge Structure) showed that the short-range structural modification around the elements Ge and Gd3+ does not change with the addition of Gd2O3 and the presence of germanium four-fold coordination [GeIV] and Gd3+ states, respectively. A simulation of the coordination number (N), the interatomic distance (R) of Ge–O and Gd–O bonds and the Debye-Waller factor was also carried out. The microstructure, after crystallization, of the sample with 15 mol% of Gd2O3 was evaluated using optical and electron microscopes. Finally, the paramagnetic behaviour and ion probe quantification of Gd3+ ions were obtained based on magnetic susceptibility measurements.  相似文献

Experimental and simulation studies on the migration characteristics of heavy metals during the incineration of OS were conducted with a tube furnace reactor and thermodynamic equilibrium calculation software FactSage, respectively. The results showed that when the incineration temperature increased from 800°C to 1100°C, the release rates of heavy metals such as Cr, Pb, Cu, Zn and Ni increased gradually and reached the maximum at 1000°C. When the excess air ratio increased from 1.0 to 1.4, the release rates of heavy metals such as Cr, Pb, Cu, Zn and Ni first decreased and then became steady. The content of gaseous hydroxide of Cr and gaseous chlorides of Pb and Cu increased while the chemical forms of Zn and Ni did not change obviously with the increase of combustion temperature or excess air ratio.  相似文献
